  While water is

significant substance in human life, it is one of major nuisance in electrical

engineering.

However,

recent studies unveiled the importance of water in electrical engineering and

its utilities. For example,

water known as conductor becomes semi-conductor if it squeezed into nanostructure.

The aim

of the seminar is introducing new features of nanoscale electrofluidics that has

significant fundamental impact and various novel engineering applications.
